How do you decide what my items are worth?

We look at recent sold prices for the same item, its condition, and what is included (case, manual, box). Complete, clean copies get the best offers.
Do I have to accept the offer?

No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
How does the first trade-in bonus work?

Your first accepted trade-in gets an extra 10% on top of the store credit offer. For example, a $100 credit offer becomes $110. One bonus per customer, matched by email address. The bonus applies to store credit only, not cash payouts.
What is the difference between cash and store credit?

Store credit is our higher offer and works on anything in the shop. Cash is paid out after we receive and check your items.
How do I send my items?

Once you accept an offer, we email you shipping instructions.
What if my items arrive in different condition than described?

We will tell you what is different and send an updated offer. If you would rather not accept it, just let us know and we will sort out getting your items back to you.
How long does a quote take?

We reply by email, usually within a couple of business days.
