Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Handling time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Carriers & tracking

Most orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Consoles and larger packages may ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Free shipping on your first order over $49.99.

Packaging

Games ship padded in bubble mailers or boxes, consoles are double-boxed, raw cards go in a sleeve and toploader inside a team bag, and graded cards are wrapped and boxed.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at arktectgames@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). We'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or store credit. See our Refund policy.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
