Returns & Guarantee

Every game, console, accessory and card we sell is checked before it ships. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Tested-and-working guarantee (30 days)

If an item arrives not working, stops working within 30 days of your purchase, or isn't as described (wrong item, a listed component missing, or condition worse than stated), we'll send you a replacement or issue store credit for the full amount, your choice where possible. We cover return shipping for these cases and send you a prepaid label.

Changed your mind?

  • Unopened / unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. We'll email you a prepaid return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Items must come back in the same condition we sent them.
  • Used items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or an exchange for another item, after we check the item's condition on arrival. We'll email you a prepaid return label, and its cost is deducted from your store credit.

Trading cards

  • Raw (ungraded) cards are sold with the condition listed (NM, LP, MP, HP). If a card arrives in worse condition than listed, it's covered by our 30-day guarantee.
  • Graded (slabbed) cards are covered if the slab is damaged in transit or the card or grade doesn't match the listing.
  • Sealed product must be returned factory-sealed.
  • We can't accept returns on cards that have been removed from their sleeve/toploader or show handling wear that wasn't there when shipped.

Damaged in shipping

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll file the claim with the carrier and send a replacement or store credit.

Not returnable

Digital codes that have been revealed, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery through misuse.

How to start a return

Email arktectgames@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Every approved return gets a prepaid return label by email, so there's no address to look up. The label is free for guarantee and shipping-damage returns; for changed-mind returns its cost is deducted from your refund or credit.

Refunds and store credit

Refunds for eligible unopened returns go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item; your bank may take a few more days to post it. Store credit is issued as a gift card code that doesn't expire and can be used on any order.
